Registration Deadline
- Deadline to register is July 1, 2008 at 5pm HST.
- Conference materials are limited and may NOT be available to late registrants.
- Full payments are due by July 1, 2008 at 5pm HST.
Registration Refund
- A $25 processing fee will be charged on all registration cancellations. If a participant has registered for the event and housing, a processing fee of $55 will be charged.
- No refunds will be given once the event has started, including no pro-rated refunds for partial attendance.
- All refund requests must be sent in writing to CITO, BYU-Hawaii #1963, 55-220 Kulanui Street, Laie, HI 96762 or emailed to: cito@byuh.edu.
